To manage the blacklist you should go to Admin Panel > LandOfCoder > Manage Blacklist
You can add new blacklist item to block IP address or email address as you want:

To enable the blacklist checking on frontend, please go to Admin Panel > LandOfCoder > configuration then enable the option:
