Admin View Quote
Admin can view a request for quote to see information of request and take some actions
When view a quote on backend, we will see as this:
Admin can change quote status
Admin can change expiry date, reminder date for this quote
Admin can override config email templates for this quote (default us module settings)
Admin can add some additional information
Admin can choose a shipping method and add custom shipping rate
Admin have action apply subtotal proposal (it will calculate quote subtotal + or - new apply price: fixed price or percent base on subtotal)
Admin can update item qty, item custom price manually, remove item, add new item for quote (it will apply when admin save quote)
Admin Actions:
When quote status is pending, admin can see button accept the request, create order. When he click on accept request, the quote status will be changed to reviewed and send notification email to the customer.
The quote was accepted, admin can create order base on this quote for customer. It will move quote information to new order (customer information, quote items, shipping address, billing address)
Admin can resend email to customers by click on send email button
Admin can save quote or save quote and send emails to the customer
If we setup plugin request for quote message, we will have a tab "Messages" when view quote.
