Region code: Enter specific region code or enter * for all
Weight from: Enter weight from to calculate shipping
Weight to: Enter weight to calculate shipping
Zip from: Enter specific zip or * for all
Cart Total with Discount: Enter cart total price will check condition for rate. Example: 50 mean cart total >= 50 will apply the shipping rate. Empty or 0 for all.
